Thanks to LUMINESS for my hacked credit card and $450 wire transfer out of my account.

For whatever reason it kept saying, I didn’t have the right password I reset it went to the other app. It was fine. This one never did work for me. Would’ve been nice cause I really wanted to get some advice are better color matching oh well there’s others out there

I have not been able to get th app to work, it does not recognize my password and have no way to check my orders. Terrible!

There are times when the shade color is off when I spray it! I shake shake and shake, and there are times when it sprays out a dull off shade that is obvious and does not compliment my complexion! Then there are times when I spray and I’m satisfied!!! I have contacted LUMINESS regarding my issue!

It is FRAUD when the APP. charges $20.00 more for the items than the website!! They should be the same amount!! Why use the APP.? Cannot find discount code!! Would add a screen shot if I could!!

I created an account online and downloaded the app. It says my email or password is not correct but it is. Changed my password online and still doesn’t work. Deleted app.

I entered the full name of the product I was wanting and it brought up everything else. I started a chat and that didn’t work out, it kicked me out and then I went to another page and boom there was what I was looking for.

Cuts my makeup routine time in half! Smooth and not cakey. No need to reapply throughout the day!

I did the trial and the make up doesn’t match. I checked website and it’s just as horrible as the app. Does not show any account info for you to see your name, contact info or payment info. Got charged and sent more makeup when online and in the app do not reflect any orders or subscriptions. Customer service chat seems you are speaking with a robot and isn’t helpful. The worst!!!

Some of the colors of lipstick definitely need to be in a stain. A gloss stain would be wonderful as well or at least as close as possible. It is frustrating when items are out of stock especially if they are your personal favorites. Also, the prices on the app are twice as high until you place in a code. Makes you feel uneasy about making a purchase at all. I love my airbrush system!

I ordered the airbrush spray kit. So I downloaded the app. It said that I didn’t have an account when I logged in. So I made an account and it said I haven’t ordered anything. I put in my orders number still not found. But took my money for the trial.

I bought the Airbrush spray silk set with the primer and brush and I absolutely love how smooth and lightweight they feel. Perfect for the aging ladies!

Terrible app! Hasn’t changed in 5 years!!! So glitchy and difficult to use! Customer service friendly but not detail oriented. You can tell they speak off a script - not genuine. I avoid ordering on app at all cost and rely on auto-shipment of product. Upgrade, overhaul needed for app and website! NEGATIVE 5 stars !!! The airbrush makeup is excellent! Older Breeze last few years. New model broke after only 5 wks!!! Now I have to use my powder makeup which feels cakey… ordering original stylus system as backup and replacement Breeze.

App just plain doesn’t work, I can’t even add my address?? Customer service automated line keeps hanging up on me. I just want to cancel the auto shipments! I bought the damned product, I’m fine with staying with it (barely use it, though the product itself is decent, feel like my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer does a better job though and the Luminess does settle in my lines a lot) but man do I feel duped. I should have know better. Never get involved with auto shipments. ugh.

It’s not worth the money. It makes me breakout and as soon as you sweat it bubbles up. Not worth the time.

Looks great, used foundation & blush. Very nice, natural looking, not heavy makeup look. I’m happy!

30day money back guarantee is a joke. It will cost a min of $15 to return this product that cost $24. Makeup is dry and cakes up in wrinkles. Not as advertised. App tutorial is not helpful.

I never write bad reviews. I like to give everyone a chance. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s very hard to make cancellations with them. Warning… Hopefully they will listen to their”recorded calls” and then have “Customer Service” training classes. Luminess, you’ve lost my business.

Not worth downloading. The app is about as buggy and non-user friendly as their website. I bought a luminess airbrush yearssss ago and decided to try the breeze. The online experience has been awful. Customer service is lovely and the Breeze is ok. Still haven’t decided if I’m keeping it. App and website, however. Slow and tangled user interfaces. I’ll probably order Luminess products from Amazon from here on out just for ease

Trying to cancel AutoShip! Website does not allow, the site does not allow, customer service will never answer, nor return calls! Very sketchy!! The site does not deliver what they promise!!

At 64 years old and still working I don’t have time to constantly clean this machine after each couple of drop of makeup! It actually didn’t hide any of my wrinkles, it enhanced them. I’m a night nurse, I don’t have an extra hour before work for all this extra work.

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I was told 1-3 days. Please send my order.

Customer service is stellar! Don’t worry about the money ladies (we’re worth it right?), they’ll work with you and I feel the product is quality. I’m a 60 year old chic and it covers most of my age spots and sun damage. It takes seconds to apply and stays put in humid Maine summer. I am looking forward to learning all the tricks. Just have PATIENCE and go easy on yourself ♥️

I downloaded this app and tried a video. At first there wasn’t any sound. I found out what my problem was... I had the button on the side to mute the ringing. Turned that to on and no problem. After having a mastectomy, I am hoping this will make me feel pretty. 😜. I will update this review after using it but the sound does work.

Why have an app OR a website?!?!!!! You can’t do anything on either one!!! Place an order? Nope! Choose colors? Nope! Update payment info? Nope!!! Unbelievable!!!

I got mine a week ago I finally had reason to use it and I loveit. My grand daughter had to help me. But after she finished my makeup looked so amazing.and I felt beautiful.

The reason why I plan to keep buying their products is because they are cruelty free, it was hard to figure out how to add a billing address that is different from the shipping address but other than that seems good, I also didn’t like that when you open up the app the first thing you see is advertisements, that makes this brand look cheap but they aren’t at all, hope they get rid of that.

Download the app to help me learn how to use this because I don’t have a DVD player and none of the videos have sound so it’s pretty worthless

It won’t let me order after my initial first order because it’s says my address isn’t correct and I’ve changed it in every way possible... so I’m baffled as to how to order extra products

Can anyone tell me if I was supposed to get primer with my unit? It’s the newest one, came in today. No primer and the color is to light for my skin... disappointing day. Bella

This is truly one of worst apps i’ve used in a long time. Freezes constantly. So slow.

But it is not a reason to give less stars . I think Luminess has amazing products , I am happy to have found them

I placed an order for the product. There is an AUTO SHIP in there. Which at first was ok bc I was trying it out! But I have tried SEVERAL TIMES to CANCEL this auto ship!!!! Spoke with Customer Service ON THE PHONE....must have been LANGUAGE BARRIER between either his and mine or his and his mouth!!! I’m STILL getting this STUPID AUTO SHIP and being CHARGED for it when it was CLEAR in our conversation that it would be DISCONTINUED!!!! About to go LEGAL on them!!! Would give ZERO STARS if it would allow!

I’m giving this a poor 1 star rating for the company and there extra charges on my credit card and there daily calls of at least once a day every single day and as many as 6-7 calls a day on weekends. The app works well and has good descriptions and nice colors, graphics etc Good information on the app. I hope this does not reflect poorly in the designers of this app as they did a great job. I purchased the air brush kit as a gift, not for me, I couldn’t paint my face like trump does daily. That said seems like a good idea for people working in public or having there picture taken or just need to look good and want to hide imperfections. Unfortunately this company did not care that it was a gift and told me I owed for two more monthly payments even though I didn’t order anything I still got hit on my credit card 3 times and they tried a 4 th time? It says monthly payments unless you discontinue service which I did Exactly 30 days after my first order I did not think I should be charged again but was charged not only a second payment but a 3rd payment and they are still trying 6 months later to get a total of $300 Every time they call me when I’m home they want me to restart or give a new credit card number? My credit card company got so irritated they made an official complaint and changed my credit card account so they wouldn’t keep charging a hundred dollars a month. I’m writing this because I’m frustrated and a bit mad over thinking I was buying this for $59 and ended up costing me over $200 and still calling me every single day with a robotic phone voice starting at 8am and ending at 8:59 pm 7 days a week since December 2018 More important though is I hope I warn people to not make my mistake and hope nobody loses hundreds of dollars thinking the cost is $59 I’ve paid more than double what I was told it costs and still being harassed and guess I will have my attorney file a harassment suit and a cease and desist order and who knows how much more this will cost me? Changing the phone number I have had since 1990 and only number my 95 year old grandmother remembers, is going to be a nightmare and another cost not a couple hundred but a cost, it looks like I will incur a couple thousand dollar cost to get my attorney involved, all costs I should not have to incur! Anyone ordering beware!!! Please read everything and first extra payment they charge do not accept and call everyone, your bank your credit card everyone, the first time they charge extra. I was told so many lies like we will refund your money next month or can we give you merchandise in lieu of cash. You will never get any money or products just more unexplained charges on your credit card. They will keep charging every month and calling you on home and cell phone every single day!! 7 days a week! Please read everything and write down everything maybe don’t give your phone number? I had nothing but trouble with my airbrush the gun never worked right I was sent multiple guns most dripped I would not advise anyone to purchase this I feel ripped off and frustrated

The only reason they get 2 stars is bc I genuinely love the product. The app and website are complete garbage. I can’t find order history or anything related to my account when I’m logged in. When I do manage to EVENTUALLY find it, next time I go back I’ve forgotten where it was bc it’s not under MY ACCOUNT bc I guess that makes too much sense for them. SO INCREDIBLY frustrating.
